Art Institute of Phoenix Talk on Intellectual Property

I have been invited by the Art Institute of Phoenix to give a presentation on Tuesday the 29th regarding the intersection of intellectual property and the arts.  Many of the students at the school study fashion, so the talk will be tailored (ah?) to a great deal toward copyright, design patents, trademarks, and trade dress rights in that industry, as well as contractual matters that can develop.  The talk will also cover IP rights as they arise in photography, the culinary arts, and interior design.  I will make the presentation slides available here soon.
